1. Generals

  • We're only ship product within United States.
  • We do not offer international shipping.
  • We use UPS as our main shipping carier.

2. Order Processing Time

  • General processing time takes 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • During busy holiday seasons may takes up to 5 days (excluding weekends and holidays).

3. Shipping Time

  • Standard shipping - takes 3-5 days
    Shipping fee charges for your order will be calculated depending on your location and displayed at checkout. 
  • Expedited shipping - takes 1-2 days
    Service is available for some orders, for an additional charge. If you don’t see expedited shipping options at checkout, that’s because some of the items in your cart don’t qualify.
  • Notice: During busy holiday seasons, our shipping carriers may experience delays as well. These are outside of our control. Customer may let us know so we can keep eyes on the order.

4. Email Notifications

  • Order confirmation email
    This is an automate email, which indicates that customer successfully placed the order. The email contains order number and details of the order. Please include this order number when contact us.
  • Shipper created a label email
    This is another automate email to let customer know that we had initiated the shipment, as well as the tracking number. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking number to show activity in the shipping carrier's system.
  • I don't get any email notification
    If you do not receive these email notifications. Please check your spam folders before contact us. If you provided wrong email address, please contact us immediately with your name, shipping address, email address to verify, potentially date of your order, and your order number if you have it. 

5. Delivery Issues

  • Accidentally entered wrong address when check out:
    If you notify us immediately the moment after you placed the order so that we can fix right away. We don't accept refund or replacement once product is in transit and delivered to the wrong address.
  • Missing package because shipping carrier delivered to wrong address:
    No worry, contact us with the order number, we will verify with shipping carrier and send the replacement if necessary.
  • Product delivered broken or damage:
    Our product is always carefully packed for fragile shipping. Contact us with picture proofs, we will review and sent replacement if necessary.
  • Received wrong product:
    Please contact us with picture proofs. We will review, provide return shipping label, and send the replacement if necessary. 
  • Missing product in delivered package:
    Please contact us with picture proofs. We will review, and send the replacement if necessary.
