INGREDIENTS:
- 1 1/2 oz. Gin (or Vodka)
- 2 oz. Pear juice
- ½ oz. Rustic Oak Traditional Old Fashioned Cocktail Mixer
- ½ oz. Lemon juice
- 2 oz. Prosecco
- Ice
DIRECTIONS:
- Add the gin, pear juice, Rustic Oak mixer and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker.
- Fill with ice and shake well.
- Pour into a chilled cocktail glass and top with the prosecco.
- Garnish with a slice of pear and a cinnamon stick.
