    A fresh twist on a classic gin fizz, this cocktail pairs aromatic gin, crisp pear juice, bright lemon and the warm, spiced depth of Rustic Oak's Traditional Old Fashioned Mixer. Topped with bubbly prosecco for a light, sparkling and perfectly seasonal autumn drink.

    INGREDIENTS:

    DIRECTIONS:

    1. Add the gin, pear juice, Rustic Oak mixer and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker.
    2. Fill with ice and shake well.
    3. Pour into a chilled cocktail glass and top with the prosecco.
    4. Garnish with a slice of pear and a cinnamon stick.
