Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means the buyer has 30 days after receiving the item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the buyer's item must be in the same condition that that it was received: unworn or undamaged, with labels, and in its original packaging. The buyer will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, the buyer can contact us via Contact Page. If the returned item is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damage and Issues
The buyer must inspect the product upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if if the wrong item is received, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Opened products cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, purchased items with any discount codes and/or gift cards that were applied upon checkout.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure the returned products get approved, the buyer must return the item in the same condition that it was received: Unopened and undamaged. The buyer is responsible for the full cost of shipping for the item being returned to us. Once the return is accepted and refunded, the buyer can make a new purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected any returned products, and let the buyer know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, the buyer will be automatically refunded the original payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to the bank/creditor.
Cancellations
We accept cancellations on orders that have not yet shipped. Please let us know immediately if you accidentally placed an incorrect order so we can fix it. We also accept cancellation of duplicate orders
If the order is fraudulent, we will cancel the order with a full refund to the original bank or creditor.
For out-of-stock orders that we are unable to immediately fulfill, customers may request to cancel and get a full refund. We can also initiate the cancellation on the customer's behalf.
