INGREDIENTS:
- ½ Fresh peach, pitted
- 2 oz. Bourbon (whiskey, or brandy)
- ½ oz. Rustic Oak Barrel Aged Old Fashioned Cocktail Mixer
- ½ oz. Lemon juice
- Club soda
- Ice
- Fresh mint for garnish
DIRECTIONS:
- Add the peach, bourbon, mixer and lemon juice to a mixing glass.
- Muddle well using either a muddler or the back of a wooden spoon.
- Fill with ice and stir well.
- Strain into a cocktail glass, add a few ice cubes and top with club soda.
- Garnish with sliced peaches and fresh mint.
