The classic Godfather Sour gets a cherry refresh. We take the smoky taste of scotch, bold almond flavor of Amaretto and add the tart kick of our sour cherry mixer. Stir in the brightness of fresh lemon juice and top with a splash of refreshing club soda for the perfect sweet and tangy sipper.

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 1/2 oz. Scotch (Bourbon or whiskey are other options)
- 1 oz. Amaretto almond liqueur
- ½ oz. Rustic Oak Sour Cherry Old Fashioned Cocktail Mixer
- ½ oz. Lemon juice
- Top with club soda
- Ice
- Luxardo cherry for garnish
- Orange wheel for garnish
DIRECTIONS:
- Add the scotch, Amaretto, Rustic Oak mixer and lemon juice to a cocktail glass.
- Fill with ice and stir well.
- Top with club soda and garnish with an orange wheel and Luxardo cherry.
