Daiquiri
  •

The original recipe for this Cuban American cocktail consisted of lime juice, sugar, and white rum. Its popularity persisted in the United States during WWII, when whiskey, vodka, and gin were scarce. Presently, daiquiris can be found in various forms, including frappes served over shaved ice, blended with ice, and featuring additional ingredients. In this timeless and refined recipe, by incorporating Rustic Oak old fashioned syrups, we elevate the cocktail’s balance while staying true to the spirit of old-world Cuba.

    Ingredients:

    • 2 oz Rum
    • 0.5 oz Rustic Oak Original flavor
    • 1 oz lime juice
    • lime twist garnish

    Directions:

    1. Combine rum, lime juice and Rustic Oak Original cocktail mix into a shaker with ice.
    2. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled coupe glass.
    3. Garnish with a lime twist.
