  1. What is Rustic Oak Old-Fashioned Cocktail Mix?
    Rustic Oak Old-fashioned mix is an enhanced simple syrup meticulously infused with premium spices and bitters that can be mixed with your favorite spirits. While it is labeled as an old fashioned cocktail mix, many people have tried mixing it with other spirits such as black rum, spiced rum, mescal and others and enjoyed it.

  2. Where is your syrup made?
    Our mix is hand-crafted in a home kitchen in Milwaukee and Wautoma, Wisconsin.

  3. Where else can I purchase your product?

  4. Where do you ship to?
    We only ship product within the United States. No PO boxes and APO addresses. Please view our Shipping Policy page for more information.

    Customers can login to their accounts page to check order status, as well as their email notifications. If you still have questions, please read our Shipping Policy page before reaching out to us.

  6. Do you offer a military discount?
    Yes, contact us here or send us a message on any of our social media pages to verify that you are, then we will send you the code.

  7. Do you offer gift cards?
    We currently do not offer gift cards. Stay tuned though, as we may offer them in the future.

    You cannot combine discount codes.
