Creamy Peanut Butter and Jelly Cocktail

    This creamy peanut butter and jelly cocktail is an adult twist on a childhood classic. Peanut butter whiskey pairs with Rustic Oak’s Blackberry Old Fashioned Cocktail Mixer to capture that nostalgic flavor. Add in a splash of half and half to make a rich, velvety drink. The salty peanut butter crusted rim and whimsical mini PB&J sandwich garnish add to the delicious fun.

    INGREDIENTS:

    • 2 oz. Peanut butter whiskey
    • ½ oz. Rustic Oak Blackberry Old Fashioned Cocktail Mixer
    • 2 oz. Half & half
    • Crushed peanuts for garnish
    • Peanut butter for garnish
    • Ice

    DIRECTIONS:

    1. Smear the rim of a rocks glass with peanut butter and dip into the crushed peanuts. Refrigerate for 5 minutes to set.
    2. Add the peanut butter whiskey, Rustic Oak mixer and half and half to a cocktail shaker.
    3. Fill with ice and shake very well to create a foam.
    4. Pour into the prepared glass and serve over ice if desired.
    5. Garnish with a mini PB&J sandwich.
