Gin, fresh lime and cranberry juice combine with Rustic Oak’s Barrel Aged mixer for added flavor depth and warmth. Finished with sparkling sugared cranberries for a festive holiday sip, perfect for entertaining.

INGREDIENTS:
- 2 oz. Gin
- 1 oz. Lime juice
- 1 oz. Cranberry juice
- ½ oz. Rustic Oak Barrel Aged Cocktail Mixer
- Sugared cranberries for garnish
DIRECTIONS:
- To make the cocktail, add the gin, lime juice, cranberry juice and barrel aged mixer to a cocktail shaker.
- Fill with ice and shake well.
- Pour into the prepared glass and garnish with the sugared cranberries.
Note:
To make sugared cranberries, add ½ cup of granulated sugar and ½ cup of water to a pot and simmer until the sugar dissolves. Add 1 ¼ cups of fresh cranberries, remove from the heat and let sit for 15 minutes. Using a slotted spoon remove the cranberries and place on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Let sit for 1 hour until they’re dry but still tacky. Add ½ cup granulated sugar to a bowl and add the cranberries. Toss and let sit to dry for at least an hour.
