We’ve refined the rich, overly-sweet Irish Mudslide and given it a cocktail bar flair. A splash of Rustic Oak Barrel Aged Mixer for subtle oak notes and a few drops of Rustic Oak Mocha Bitters to deepen the chocolate and coffee flavors both add complexity. Topped with lightly whipped brown sugar cream and chopped chocolate, this is an indulgent but far more balanced drink.

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 ½ oz. Vodka
- 1 ½ oz. Coffee liqueur
- 1 ½ oz. Irish cream
- ½ oz. Rustic Oak Barrel Aged Old Fashioned Cocktail Mixer
- 3 Dashes Rustic Oak Mocha Bitters
- ¼ Cup heavy cream
- 2 Teaspoons brown sugar
- 1 Tablespoon chopped chocolate
DIRECTIONS:
- Add the heavy cream and brown sugar to a small bowl or mug and whip lightly using a milk frother. Set aside.
- Add the vodka, coffee liqueur, Irish cream, Barrel Aged mixer and mocha bitters to a cocktail shaker
- Fill with ice and shake well.
- Pour into a chilled cocktail glass, spoon on the lightly whipped cream and top with the chopped chocolate.
