A classic with a wink, the Between the Sheets cocktail dates back to the roaring 20's. The tongue-in-cheek name evokes how the evening may turn out given the scandalous amount of alcohol in the drink. We kept the mix of cognac, rum and fresh lemon but gave it an orange-forward twist with our Rustic Oak Orange Old Fashioned Cocktail Mixer. The result is delicious, elegant and a little bit naughty.

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 oz. Cognac
- 1 oz. White rum
- ½ oz. Lemon juice
- ½ - ¾ oz. Rustic Oak Orange Old Fashioned Cocktail Mixer
DIRECTIONS:
- Add the cognac, rum, lemon juice and orange mixer to a cocktail shaker.
- Fill with ice and shake well.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with an orange wheel.
