Served in a celery salt, smoked paprika, and black pepper rimmed glass and loaded with blue cheese stuffed olives, crispy bacon, salami, pickles, celery, and cheddar cheese, this over-the-top Bloody Mary is equal parts cocktail and snack board. It’s a hearty, flavor-packed twist on the classic brunch favorite.

    INGREDIENTS:

    • 2 oz. Vodka
    • 4 oz. Tomato juice
    • ½ oz. Lemon juice
    • ½ oz. Rustic Oak Barrel Aged Old Fashioned Cocktail Mixer
    • 2 – 3 Dashes Worcestershire sauce
    • 2 – 3 Dashes hot sauce
    • ½ Teaspoon celery salt for rimming
    • ½ Teaspoon smoked paprika for rimming
    • ¼ Teaspoon ground black pepper for rimming
    • Celery, blue cheese stuffed olives, bacon, salami, pickles, cheddar cheese for garnish

    DIRECTIONS:

    1. In a shallow dish, combine the celery salt, smoked paprika and ground black pepper.
    2. Run the edge of a cut lemon around the rim of a highball glass and roll in the seasoning mixture.
    3. Add the vodka, tomato juice, lemon juice, Barrel Aged mixer, Worcestershire sauce and hot sauce to a cocktail shaker.
    4. Fill with ice and shake well.
    5. Strain into the rimmed glass and garnish with the olives, bacon, salami, pickles, and cheese.
