INGREDIENTS:
- 4 oz. Grapefruit juice
- 1 oz. Rosemary simple syrup
- ½ oz. Lemon juice
- 3 Dashes Rustic Oak Orange Bitters
- Club soda
Rosemary Simple Syrup
- ¼ Cup granulated sugar
- ¼ Cup water

Handful of fresh rosemary sprigs
DIRECTIONS:
- To make the rosemary simple syrup, add the granulated sugar, water and fresh rosemary to a pot. Bring to a simmer and stir until the sugar has dissolved. Allow to cool and keep in a lidded jar in the refrigerator overnight before straining.
- To make the drink, add the grapefruit juice, rosemary simple syrup, lemon juice and orange bitters to a glass filled with ice. Stir well and top with club soda.
- Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary.
