INGREDIENTS:
- ½ Cup fresh or frozen cherries, pitted
- 2 oz. Rum
- 1 oz. Rustic Oak Sour Cherry Old Fashioned Cocktail Mixer
- 1 Banana
- 2 oz. Cream of coconut
- 2 oz. Pineapple juice
- Ice
DIRECTIONS:
- Add the pitted cherries, rum and sour cherry mixer to a blender.
- Blend to puree the cherries and pour into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Rinse the blender.
- Add the banana, cream of coconut and pineapple juice to the blender, along with ice, and puree.
- Slowly pour the coconut mixture into the center of the cherry mixture and garnish with a cherry.
