INGREDIENTS:
- 1 oz. Honey syrup
- ½ oz. Lemon juice
- ½ oz. Rustic Oak Barrel Aged Old Fashioned Mixer
- 3 – 4 Dashes Rustic Oak Aromatic Bitters
- Club soda (optional)
Honey Syrup
- ¼ Cup honey
- ¼ Cup water
DIRECTIONS:
- To make the honey syrup, heat the honey and water on medium low heat, stirring constantly, until dissolved. Allow to cool and store extra in the refrigerator.
- Add the honey syrup, lemon juice, barrel aged mixer and aromatic bitters to a cocktail shaker.
- Fill with ice, shake well, and pour into a cocktail glass.
- Top with a bit of club soda if desired.
