Ingredients:
- 1 oz (30 ml) Mai Tai Cocktail Syrup
- 2 oz (60 ml) dark Jamaican rum or spiced rum
- ½ oz (15 ml) curaçao
- 2 oz (60 ml) cold sparkling water or club soda
Directions:
- Combine the syrup, rum, and curaçao in a shaker with ice. Shake lightly until chilled.
- Add cold sparkling water and quickly stir. Strain into a glass over ice.
- Garnish and serve.
Mai Tai Mocktail
Ingredient:
- 1 oz (30 ml) Mai Tai Cocktail Syrup
- 1 oz (30 ml) pineapple juice or any juices
- 3 oz (118 ml) cold sparkling water
Directions:
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
- Stir until chilled and strain into a glass over ice.
- Garnish and serve.
