Mai Tai

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Mai Tai Cocktail Syrup
  • 2 oz (60 ml) dark Jamaican rum or spiced rum
  • ½ oz (15 ml) curaçao
  • 2 oz (60 ml) cold sparkling water or club soda

Directions:

  1. Combine the syrup, rum, and curaçao in a shaker with ice. Shake lightly until chilled.
  2. Add cold sparkling water and quickly stir. Strain into a glass over ice.
  3. Garnish and serve.

 

Mai Tai Mocktail

Ingredient:

  • 1 oz (30 ml) Mai Tai Cocktail Syrup
  • 1 oz (30 ml) pineapple juice or any juices
  • 3 oz (118 ml) cold sparkling water

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Stir until chilled and strain into a glass over ice.
  3. Garnish and serve.
